Product Introduction

The swing screen, also known as the swing screening machine, is a uniquely structured screening device. It is characterized by a gentle rotary and swinging motion, effectively simulating the traditional manual screening action. This design is particularly suitable for processes that require precise screening, high output, and gentle handling of materials. It operates smoothly with low noise and can effectively reduce dust flying. With its compact and sturdy structure and high screening efficiency, this equipment has been widely applied in various industries.


Working principle

The core driving device of the equipment generates a nearly horizontal rotary oscillating motion. This motion is transmitted to the sieve body, causing the sieve surface to trace a circular-like path, but mainly within the horizontal plane. 


The materials on the screen are pushed by this gentle and continuous oscillation, spreading out and moving forward in a spiral pattern along the screen surface. During this process, the fine particles smaller than the sieve holes pass through the screen under the combined effect of gravity and centrifugal force, thus achieving classification; while the coarse particles larger than the sieve holes are transported to the discharge port at the edge of the screen and discharged. 


The entire process is smooth and gentle. The material spends a longer time on the screening surface and experiences less tumbling. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the screening of materials that require protection of particle morphology or are prone to generating static electricity or agglomeration.
