Working principle
The working principle of the inverted screen is based on its core dual-vibration motor drive. The two motors rotate in opposite directions synchronously, generating superimposed vertical excitation forces, which cause the screen to vibrate at a high frequency. After being fed from the top feed port, the materials quickly and evenly disperse on the surface of the screen mesh under the vibration effect. Fine particles quickly pass through the screen mesh under the action of vibration and gravity and are directly discharged from the lower fine material outlet; larger particles move along the screen surface and are discharged from the upper coarse material outlet. The entire process is continuous and automatic, achieving efficient and rapid screening and separation of the materials.
