Working principle

The working principle of the air flow sieve is based on the synergy of air kinetic energy and mechanical force: After the materials enter the sieve chamber through the feeding system, the air flow generated by the fan will cause the materials to move in a suspended state; at the same time, the fan wheel in the sieve chamber rotates at high speed, generating centrifugal force. Under the combined action of these two forces, the fine particles that meet the sieve separation requirements will smoothly pass through the sieve holes of the sieve cylinder and enter the collection system with the air flow; while the larger impurities or coarse particles cannot pass through the sieve and are pushed by the fan wheel to the discharge port and are finally discharged, thus completing the fine classification and separation of the materials.
