Continuous vacuum feeding machine is an automated equipment that realizes continuous material conveying based on the principle of vacuum negative pressure. It is often used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. It is composed of vacuum pump, material bin, conveying pipeline, filter and other components. It can smoothly suck and convey powder and granular materials from low places or sealed containers, avoiding dust pollution and material loss. The equipment can operate continuously without frequent start and stop, adapt to the production line rhythm, and is easy to clean. It complies with GMP and other industry standards, effectively improving the efficiency of material conveying and the cleanliness of the production environment.

Working principle

The continuous vacuum feeding machine is based on the core principle of vacuum negative pressure adsorption and gas-solid separation. The vacuum pump removes the air in the sealed system to create a negative pressure. By taking advantage of the pressure difference, the powder and granular materials are drawn into the pipeline and sent to the separation chamber. After that, the filter traps the materials and makes them fall into the storage bin. The clean air is then removed, and the materials are continuously discharged through the discharge structure. Each link is seamlessly connected to achieve uninterrupted transportation.
